Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website operated by AI Pilots ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
We provide web development, design, hosting, and AI automation services. Specific details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual statements of work or contracts agreed upon before work commences.
Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of your domain name, your company logo, and any original text or media content you provide to us.
AI Pilots Ownership: AI Pilots strictly retains full intellectual property ownership of the website design, the codebase, our proprietary deployment architecture, and the automated "Content Engine".
If you choose to terminate your subscription but wish to retain and host the website design yourself, you may purchase a Website Buyout License for a one-time flat fee of $1,500. Upon payment of this buyout fee, AI Pilots will provide you with a full export of the static HTML/CSS files of your website.
Important Restriction: The Website Buyout License only covers the static frontend website files. Our proprietary automated "Content Engine", server-side scripts, and AI infrastructure are permanently non-transferable and can never be exported, licensed, or bought out.
AI Pilots offers the following service tiers. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to our strict billing policies:
All monthly plans (including the $99 Content Engine and $250 VIP tier) require a strict 1-year (12-month) commitment. By completing a monthly sign up, you legally agree to our terms to remain with AI Pilots for a full year. Monthly payments are a financing convenience for an annual contract. Early termination is not permitted without settling the remaining balance of the annual term.
In no event shall AI Pilots, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

By interacting with the AI Pilots Voice Assistant and explicitly requesting text messages during an inbound call, you consent to receive SMS communications from AI Pilots. Message frequency varies based on your inbound requests. Message and data rates may apply.
